Sozo Valley Ranch Update

On October 22^nd, 2025 we closed on the purchase of the land that will become Sozo Valley Ranch. The project has been in the planning process for 3 years. The property includes a 1700 square foot house that is in need of a total gut rehab, a 40 office trailer and over 29 acres of land. The beautiful setting is about ¼ pasture and ¾ wooded. It has a year round creek with a small waterfall and a spring.

We have already begun work to get power, water and sewer services to create hookups for 2 RV's that have been donated. This will provide temporary housing for our staff as we build out the ranch. The ranch is located in the Ozark Mountain foothills near Mineral Point, Missouri.
