We started the Community Pastoral Care Network in response to the pandemic. At first we were calling seniors each week and helping them cope with the struggles and loneliness brought on by the pandemic. It morphed over time into a home repair program for seniors in the city of St. Louis. In 2023 things exploded. The need in the city of St. Louis is far greater than we anticipated. We have dozens of repair requests we cannot service, from all over the city. We have even started to get calls for service from St. Louis County.

The need for service is far greater than we can do alone. Starting today, we are asking churches, individuals and groups to join our network and find a way to help us care for the needy seniors in the city of St. Louis. Maybe you can provide labor, supplies or money. Maybe you have electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, or carpenters in your group. We have the inquiries and we can help train your willing volunteers.
